Also, it contains aromas of graphite, licorice and black pepper. It has sweet touches of vanilla and chocolate. Big volume and structure in the mouth, soft tannins but very present, which gives a persistent and pleasant finish.Food Pairing Great with half ripped cheeses such as Provolone or Emmental. Goes very well with stewed meats with vegetables, herbal sauces and mushrooms.
