Starting with a selection of distinct and favoured varietals, these wines are created from small parcels of fruit located in premium vineyards across NSW and South Australia. Using a hands on, artesian approach, this boutique site is renowned for its internationally recognised Semillon and home to both the McGuigan and Tempus Two Hunter Valley operations.
